Piles, or haemorrhoids, occur when veins around the anus or lower rectum become enlarged and inflamed due to increased pressure. 1. Conservative Management
2. Modern & Surgical Treatments
Laser Haemorrhoidoplasty:
A minimally invasive, day-care procedure where laser energy precisely shrinks haemorrhoidal tissue. Patients experience minimal bleeding, rapid healing, and can return to routine activities the next day.
Mucopexy (Stapler / Ligasure / Conventional):
Mucopexy is ideal for prolapsed or large piles. It lifts and repositions the anal mucosa to its natural location. In my practice, I often combine mucopexy with laser treatment for precision, less pain, and long-lasting results.
Open / Conventional Haemorrhoidectomy:
Reserved for advanced or recurrent cases not suitable for minimally invasive procedures. Though effective, it requires a longer recovery period.
I combine a holistic, patient-centered approach with modern surgical techniques. Each treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s condition, lifestyle, and stage of piles. By integrating dietary counselling, Ayurvedic support, laser haemorrhoidoplasty, and mucopexy, my goal is to provide permanent relief with minimal discomfort and quick recovery.
